An ancient delicacy is Palmetto Honey from the Saw Palmetto tree that lines many Florida farms and green spaces. This smokey sweet honey is a favorite for teas, as a glaze, drizzled over hard cheese. We love it with our Habanero EVOO and Peanut Butter – thanks to Beth, co-owner of Black Hammock Bee Farms who mixed the two on a late night snack excursion.

Grown and bottled locally in Oviedo, Florida on Black Hammock Bee Farms. Pure, unadulterated, unfiltered, raw honey. “The Bee Guy” Dennis saves the bees and cares for them like family.
